Based on the natural movement of the body, jazz is designed to increase body control and coordination. Routines are set to trending music. This is a faster paced class where dancing is fun and energetic. Jazz is a form of dance that showcases a dancer's individual style and originality.

Contemporary is a style of expressive dance that combines elements of several dance genres including modern, and classical ballet. Contemporary dancers strive to connect the mind and the body through fluid dance movements.
